Loose bracket/band

When a bracket or band becomes loose it usually remains attached to the wire. If it comes off your wire, save it to bring in to your appointment. Call the office to schedule an appointment to rebond or recement the bracket/band. If the bracket is on a back tooth, you may cut the wire with fingernail clippers that have been cleaned with soap and water and wiped with alcohol. This will keep the wire from moving around in the back of the mouth.
