The instructions below detail how to take these selfies. It is recommended that you have a family member or friend take these pictures for you if possible.

Step 1: Take a picture of the front of your smile, making sure as much of your smile is visible as possible. You can use your fingers or a spoon to pull back your cheeks.
Step 2: Take a picture of the right side of your smile. Pull back your right cheek as much as you can so that as many of your teeth as possible are visible.
Step 3: Take the same picture of the left side of your smile.
Step 4: Lean your head back and take a picture of your top teeth. Open your mouth so that all of your teeth are visible.
Step 5: Lean your head forward and take the same picture of your bottom teeth.
Step 6: Text your name and age with these five photos to (610) 363-2200. We will get back to you very soon!
